Model stfm 201fluxmeter is an advanced version of model stfm 110. It is a high speed precision instrument which integrates any voltages signal when applied to its input terminals. It is useful as a fluxmeter, gaussmeter and voltage integrator and used in application such as perimeters hyseresis loop tracers, magnetic field surveyors, production test equipment and many other applications.

Model stfm201 is complately solid state which offers dependable low maintenance service. The read out is a three and a half digit led panel meter, the four digit scale factor allows the user to get output in maxwell turns, maxwell or gauss. Overall accuracy is ± 0. 5% of full scale. Its magnetic sensitivity is 500 maxwell to 1. 999 x108 maxwell turns. Output terminals provide a signal adequate for driving a x-y recorder. This feature is is useful when dc or ac hysteresis loop tracing is required. The instrument can be instantly reset to zero by means of a reset button conveniently located on the front panel.

Introduction:
Star trace vibratory motors  are robust, reliable, high loadable quiet running and require no maintenance. Star trace vibratory motors are totally enclosed three phase, squirrel cage induction motors with adjustable, eccentric weights mounted at both the ends of the shaft, to set up vibrations during rotation. The design of shaft and the selection of bearings has been carefully done to withstand heavy radial loads.

Applications:

Bowl feeders: star trace vibratory bowl feeder found extensive application for feeding automatic machine tools with separate blank and for the orientation for small blanks of the most complex configuration. The vibration principle is employed for rectilinear travel of the blanks along a vibrating chute, for elevating the blanks along the helical ramp of a vertical vibratory conveyor with helical oscillation and for orienting blanks in vibratory–bowl feeders having single or multiple start helical track or ramps, on the internal surface of a cylindrical bowl to which helical oscillations are imparted.  under the action of the vibrations, the blanks are dispersed over the convex bottom of the bowl towards the walls where they enter the input end of the track along when they ravel upward the   orienting device allows only the properly oriented blanks to reach the delivery end of the track, all others are dislodged and drop back onto the bottom of the bowl.

Constructions:-bowls have many distinct tooling features built into the basic bowl design, with tracks varying in width and shape to accommodate different types of components. These inherent features of the bowl are of great assistance, when bowl tooling is being developed to fulfill a specific tooling application. Drive for bowl feederall drive units are correctly engineered to give stable performance at high speed with minimum maintenance. Standard units are turned to give vibrations frequency of 100 cycles per second. Totally encapsulated type coils are used.
